Refund policy

We really want you to be super happy with your order and so we always aim to ensure that all products supplied  arrive in perfect condition.

Our Returns Policy covers the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you are unhappy with any of the products you have received from us, we will refund your money or exchange the products, provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered.  Please note however, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.

If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.
