This is a once in a lifetime 60-year Zodiac Cycle Release to celebrate the Chinese New Year and 2026.
In the Chinese lunar calendar, each year is defined by a combination of a 12 year zodiac animal cycle and a five-element cycle. This year is the year of the Horse and the element of Fire - Fire Horse. What makes this such a rare and highly symbolic moment within the zodiac is that this particular combination of the Fire Horse occurs only once every 60 years, the last time being 1966, making this release particularly special.
This release celebrates this special moment. Fire Horse carries Eden’s structure and balance, with great depth and presence, reflecting where we are now and where we are heading, Only 258 bottle made, packaged in a special gift box with tasting notes and carry bag.
COLOUR: Burnt umber.
NOSE: Black cherry and dark currant lead, followed by pipe tobacco and clove, settling into peppery base notes.
PALATE: With a few drops of water, the esters open to reveal dark chocolate, clove, cracked black pepper, and stewed black plums.
FINISH: Long and persistent, carrying across the full length of the back palate. Spicy peppers soften into rich caramelised citrus, finishing with a subtle hint of vanilla.
