Eden's signature release single malt whisky. Matured in French Oak ex-Tasmanian Pinot Casks using our award winning (Australia's Best) new make spirit (Gold Medal, Category Winner WWA23)

Unlike any Pinot Cask Whisky you’ve experienced, this carries all the richness and complexity of a fortified. Very easy drinking at this ABV, takes a drop of water very well but doesn’t need it. Warm your glass  to fully unlock its sweet complexity.

COLOUR: Mahogany, Henna Notes

NOSE: Sweet and full bodied. Maple syrup, caramel, butterscotch balanced by the citrus notes of caramelised oranges.

PALATE: Thick and syrupy mouth feel, bookended with sweet tones. A slight sweetness initially, until the middle flavours build to provide a warm complexity with more citrus. Hints of sweet almond on the back palate.

FINISH: There is a long tail, which pleasantly endures on the back palate, rounding out with a return to rich caramel sweetness.

This whisky carries a large, well integrated flavour profile. Silky smooth right through the palate with no one flavour dominating.

Shipping within Australia is free. 

All web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel. Proof of age and signature are required.

We dispatch our products from Monday to Friday. We suggest allowing up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. ‍ 

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped.

Returns

Eden Whisky accepts no responsibility to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double check your items, cart and details before placing your order.

We really want you to be super happy with your order and so we always aim to ensure that all products supplied arrive in perfect condition.

Our Returns Policy covers the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you are unhappy with any of the products you have received from us, we will refund your money or exchange the products, provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.

Please note that we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.

Liquor Licensing Act 1990

Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is offence:

for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years.

Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor.

Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
