Our first Double Oak release Single Malt Whisky.  This marriage of a South Australian Apera Cask (French Oak) and a Virgin American Oak Cask has resulted in something which is both unique and very special.

CASKS: No.015 Apera and 013 Virgin American oak 

COLOUR: Chestnut Oloroso Sherry 1.2

NOSE: Vanilla bean, honeycomb, Almonds and white pepper

PALATE: Vanilla bean, honey ,creme brule, caramel , warm peppers

FINISH: Vanilla , dark chocolate and White pepper.

The American Oak for cask 013 was air dried on the Tasman Peninsula before being coopered for us locally a few years ago. The resulting whisky carries the hallmarks of a sweet sherry cask but is complimented beautifully by a surge of sweet vanillins provided by the bold American Oak.

All web sales orders are dispatched via Australia Post eParcel. Proof of age and signature are required.

We dispatch our products from Monday to Friday. We suggest allowing up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. ‍

Returns

Eden Whisky accepts no responsibility to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double check your items, cart and details before placing your order.

We really want you to be super happy with your order and so we always aim to ensure that all products supplied arrive in perfect condition.

Our Returns Policy covers the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you are unhappy with any of the products you have received from us, we will refund your money or exchange the products, provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within seven working days from the date of your order being delivered. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.

Please note that we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.

Liquor Licensing Act 1990

Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is offence:

for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years.

Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor.

Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
