eden whisky is distilled, crafted, matured  and bottled at Wellington Park Distillery, nestled in the foothills of kunanyi (aka Mt. Wellington), Tasmania.

At Eden Whisky, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional spirits that embody the essence of our pristine surroundings. With a deep appreciation for nature's gifts, we are committed to crafting whiskies that harmonise with the beauty of the land and water that surrounds us.

One of our key secrets lies in the pure water we utilise in our mashing and distilling process. Sourced from the nearby Wellington Park, this water flows directly to our distillery through gravity-fed channels. It carries with it the untouched purity of kunanyi/Mt.Wellington, lending a distinctive character to our whiskies that sets them apart.

Our commitment to quality extends beyond our natural resources. Every drop of whisky we produce is carefully crafted with precision and passion. Our distilling methods blend traditional techniques with innovative processes, resulting in whiskies that are both timeless and contemporary.
