We have some wonderful news to share...the time has come for a new chapter for Eden.

Following the careful stewardship of founders Dale and Claire, Eden has found a new owner to take the reigns. Hobart-based Jason Xu, a passionate whisky man, has fallen in love with Eden and as the new owner, will continue to build the incredible brand and share its lovely whiskies.

The great news is that Dale will carry on being an important part of Eden’s story as the Head Maker - continuing to distil, blend and craft the Eden releases with the care that personifies Eden, working alongside Jason to shape each Eden release.

With the change will come a new location, still in Hobart, still inspired by Kunanyi and still within reach of the River Derwent. We’ll share these details soon.

Its an exciting stage in Eden's evolution. Jason is looking forward to continuing the legacy Dale has created and will carry the Eden story forward, with the same care.
